Review Status: Approved as Noted

1. Ensure that the delivered material shall meet the intent of design and approved shop drawings in
all aspect.
2. Each consignment delivered to site shall be accompanied by the manufacturer’s in-house QA/
QC test reports.
3. Delivered material should be notified to the Engineers thru MIR prior to use at site.
4. Florescent sticker tapes of orange and blue color to be pasted as shown in the drawing.
5. Area of application shall be as per approved shop drawings and contract requirements.
6. Upon delivery random samples should be collected as per project frequency and tested in
accredited third party lab to confirm compliance with Specification requirements.
7. Materials storage and handling should be as per Manufacturer’s instructions and
recommendations.
8. The manufacturer’s warranty shall be provided as per the end user’s requirements at the time of
project handover.
9. Approval shall in no way relieve the Contractor from any of their obligations, duties and
responsibilities under their contract to ensure compliance with contract specifications and approved
shop drawings
