accepts the donation from the HPTA herein represented by Liza Rubio, PRESIDENT thru the Adopt-a-School
Program, donation package composed of the following:

Grade 3 Window/door Green Curtains and cabinet curtains and Foods during Christmas Party. (Php 1,500.00)

For and in behalf of the recipient schools, the DONEE expresses his most sincere appreciation for the
benevolence shown by the DONOR.
