    SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR CLOSURE OF POULTRY FARM IN PERPETUAL HELP,
    IRIGA CITY

    Sir/Madam,
    We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing because we have a big problem in our area,
    Perpetual Help, Iriga City. The problem is about the chicken farm here. It has caused a lot of flies to
    come to our barangay.

    For the past few months, we have seen more flies around. We think they are coming from the
    chicken farm. The farm does not seem to be doing enough to stop the flies. These flies are making life
    hard for us. They are annoying and can also spread diseases.

    We know that the chicken farm is important for jobs and money in our area. But, we also
    think that the health and comfort of our people are very important. The flies are not just annoying,
    they could also make us sick.

    So, we are asking for your help with this problem. We think the best thing to do is to close the
    chicken farm until they can control the flies better. This will help to get rid of the flies and stop any
    diseases they might spread.

    We know this is a big thing to ask. We are ready to talk more about this to find the best
    solution. We believe in our community and know we can solve this problem together.
