area of manpower service comes from an experienced and progressive heritage steeped in
providing security services, cleaning expertise and solutions to its customers since two
decades. Our Management Team, who have been brought together to develop the business
from a firm footing, are a balanced and diverse group of leaders, who have extensive security
& cleaning knowledge, along with expertise and proven skills in the soft services industry..

We offer services of security management, house keeping, front office management,

intelligence services, telecom services, event management, conducting training programs and
others. We pride ourselves on our pioneering, innovative tailor-made cleaning solutions, and
security services, coupled with excellent personalized customer service. We put this principle
at the forefront of our daily activities – we take your business personally.

Security Management

Security is not about simply spreading some laymen with uniform and without any clue
about why he is there. Unfortunately many organizations think so. It is a concept and an
environment. A holistic approach of men, skills imparted in them, gadgets and supervision
makes security or giving secured environment to an area.

We train our guards about basic concepts of security. We teach them good manners. We also
teach them about usage of fire extinguisher, various types of fore and how to combat it. We
teach him first aid. We insist of physical fitness. We have corporate agreement with some
hitch gyms, so that our recruits can keep their fitness.
Security Management we also have an R&dwings:

This wing continuously gathers information about various technologies being developed
through out the world in security matters and keeps a track of the gadgets available.This
keeps us able to suggest suitable technological solutions to almost any of our customer’s
problems.
We install and maintain any security equipment you need. Like close circuit televisions,
movement activated recording facilities, swipe card systems, secret audio recorders etc.
 We provide lady guards and supervisors also.

House Keeping
Cleanliness of your premises is our prime concern. We do wet, dry and chemical cleaning of
your premises and we recommend suitable changes also for hygiene. We have well
experienced staff with us, and state of art cleaning machinery is our asset.

Front Office Management

You leave your front office to us and we will keep you in front in every aspect. We provide
the good, courteous, smart and well-qualified persons for front office management.
Event Management
We conduct any event for you. Let it be a fashion show, exhibition or adventure game or
anything else we are here to do it. If you think marriage is also an event, we don’t mind
conducting it even.

Training Program

We conduct various training classes. We conduct personality development classes not only
for our in house staff but for others also on payment. We have a faculty and consultants of
qualified NLP practitioners and psychiatrists for this. We conduct programs and workshops
and for security personnel and intelligence officers.

Expansion Program of Star Security & Facilities Services

In view of the expansion program of our services in capital city, we have started operating
from our above-mentioned address.

We will be providing always-high quality, educated and trained personnel to perform the
duties. Our Security Supervisors are being provided with mobile phones for constant
monitoring from our control room. They are very well experienced in security line and the
age group is between 30 and 40 years with good communication skills. The security Guards
age group is between 22 and 30 years with leasing personality, apart from the above they will
be given intense training in First Aid, Fire Fighting with minimum secretarial tips viz. how to
interact with visitors, employees and top management of the principal employer, telephonic
conversation etc.
