REFLECTION:
Designing a home learning plan for the learners is very essential to
parents and to the teacher.
Teachers must discuss and teach parents/guardian how to make
their own learning home plan so that parents could understand and
know how to manage their child at home.
Having this home learning plan is a big help for both
teachers/learners and parents to provide quality education not only in
school setting.

REFLECTION
Personal Development Plan is an essential tool for our
development. It is an evaluation for our personal traits like our
strength and developmental needs being an educator. My personal
development plan aimed to resolve some of my problems
encountered as a teacher.
In making this I found out that my strengths are; I have the
ability to work collaboratively in groups, Professionalism and
ethics, and the applied skills in the effective communication of
learner’s needs, progress, and achievement to key stakeholders,
including parent and guardian.
I identified also those developmental needs that may help me
a lot to become a better and effective teacher. I gave myself a
perfect timeline to do this as possible as I can. Resources needed
were also identified.
