years in the field of Village development

programs in Indonesia.
- Master and be able to approaches and/or
methods of village community
development and empowerment, such as
social analysis, social inclusion, social
accountability, sustainable livelihood
approach (SLA), community-driven
development (CDD), integrated rural
development, and asset-based
development.
- Be able to communicate well in Indonesia
and, preferably, those who are able to
communicate well in English.
- Be able to use Ms. Office well.
