1a.

I started a campaign to inform people about how to halt the pandemic when one of my family
members died from the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Without any hesitation, the HIV/AIDS epidemic
has profoundly contributed to the decline of Africa's health and economy. HIV/AIDS also took a
large number of lives outside of Africa. Offering many solutions to prevent this epidemic disease
in African civilization depends greatly on the promise I made to myself. There is still no
effective medicinal cure for HIV/AIDS, despite the COVID-19 epidemic. I believe that I have
the idea to turn these predictions into more convincing evidence that HIV/AIDS can be wiped
out. Thanks to this launch, I was able to boost my leadership experience. This entails that for my
strategy to work, I must get accepted into a leadership academy.

1b. After making all my preparations, I organized a club tour at my school with students who
shared my desire to spread the word on societal HIV/AIDS prevention. I was in charge of
overseeing the club's operations after it was established. I thus gave them the concept of
educating the public about the consequences of the pandemic and the ways to prevent the
disease. Additionally, my group spoke with patients in both urban and rural locations, and we
gathered enough information from them to provide a hint for a practical cure for the widespread
illness. In addition, we visited a variety of rural regions due to our lack of experience there. As a
result, the preventative strategies were dispersed even more. In addition, I'm attempting to
pinpoint the origin of this pandemic disease in order to understand its fundamental flaw and
increase the likelihood that it will be eradicated.

1c. All of the trips I took with my club ended in spectacular fashion. Many pastoral people
claimed to have had experiences stopping the virus from spreading. I also had successful
encounters with the effects of leadership. I received many compliments throughout our brief
journey, and my parents were really pleased with what my club and I accomplished. I also
discovered that there wouldn't have been a drop in health care or financial aid if Africans had
helped one another. In light of the people who have expressed a variety of experiences with our
performance and their excitement to hear about the lives we saved in both urban and rural
locations, I judge the effectiveness of my program. I can therefore declare without a doubt that
the initiative my club and I created was done admirably.
1d. While attempting to save lives, we encountered many obstacles. Among the difficulties we
faced were financial default, boredom of club members' , and being misjudged by patients of all
backgrounds. The most problematic of the aforementioned blows was the underestimation of
numerous victims. They were underestimated because of their age, but after seeing the work we
produced, they completely altered their opinions of us. However, parental financial assistance
and, in turn, a cool argument with affiliates helped the members overcome their financial
hardship and tediousness. Other than those problems, it wasn't difficult to complete our project. I
finally measure this as one of our successes, beside the project.

1e. One impact of HIV/AIDS is the economic catastrophe presently affecting Africa. That is, if
Africans had been motivated to work together to fight the virus, there would not have been a
catastrophe; instead, Africa would have been able to play the role of the most ironic continent.
However, it was up to us to decide why we were getting worse. There would be nothing
preventing us from removing the economic burden from our shoulders if we Africans worked
together and listened to one another. In addition, if I had been given the chance to address this
need again, I would have asked the government to support my club so that we could tour
different regions of Ethiopia and other African nations to discuss ways to prevent the life-
threatening epidemic disease HIV/AIDS.

2a. Jonathan Aklilu, a prophet, is the one who gave me my inspiration. He is inspiring some
young people to reform Ethiopia's foreign policy in Africa by teaching them to be disciplined
and courageous. In order to give many young people a wonderful spiritual life, he is preaching
the holy Bible. Moreover, he helps the needy with financial aid. His goal of educating young
people to become better Ethiopians and citizens of Africa was accomplished. He further earned a
commendation from Ethiopia's prime minister for his outstanding commitment to bringing about
change for the nation's youth. I can say without a doubt that he leads by example. Consequently,
through Jonathan Aklilu, I gained advanced leadership expertise.

2b. I used to think that being in charge simply meant getting the most votes from the societies
that would elect you. I completely realized the correct definition of leadership, which is the
capacity to lead by example and have a beneficial impact on that society, after watching how he
handled leading the young people that followed him. Additionally, I am aware that leadership
entails preparing oneself for the advancement of one's nation and making the society I influence
substantially harder-working. Jonathan Aklilu was the reason I changed my previous approach.
One of them is that I've trained myself to serve those who are in need of my undivided attention.
In addition, I've transformed myself into a person who shows up just in time to support my
people as they face new problems and encourage them to make important contributions to Africa
as young people.

2c. since nobody in our world is perfect. An error was also made by Jonathan Akilu. He posted a
video on social media with the intention of disparaging other people's religions. There was an
argument in Addis Abeba City as a result of Jonathan Aklilu's offensive performance. So I
wouldn't have performed this kind of performance if I were him. Additionally, I would never
commit such an irresponsible and insensitive act. Since I have a great commitment to human
rights, I believe that everyone has the freedom to practice their religion in accordance with their
own interests without outside interference. In a nutshell, we Africans may eliminate the dreadful
issues bearing down on us if we develop the habit of using social media for beneficial purposes.

3a. Since I was a young child, mathematics has always come naturally to me. Consequently, I
selected this work because it is one of my creations in which I take great pride. I nevertheless
impart all of my knowledge to students who have weak mathematical understanding.
Furthermore, I've become extremely competitive in my school, community, and region thanks to
my mathematical potential. As a result, the paper I've included is a certificate attesting to my
ability to complete the supplied math problems within the allotted time while earning a top
grade. In a nutshell, my work prepared the path for my initiative to apply for leadership
positions.

3b. I spent some time instructing lower-grade pupils nearby as a student with a fundamental
knowledge of math. They had developed a number of mathematical abilities, which had helped
them achieve good academic standing. In addition to providing them with mathematical
assistance, I turned them into disciplined students. My opinion is that the most crucial
component of leadership is discipline. I am giving the students disciplinary courses as a result.
Additionally, I have a plan to turn these children into Africa's future leaders. Furthermore, I'm
confident that mathematics will aid them in their efforts to build Africa. Without a doubt,
mathematics could have a significant impact on how globalization in Africa develops. I am
speaking with them about this course because of that.
