Peter and Sally also like to cook. Are they helping Vanessa?

Instructions: Read the text aloud.

Peter: OK, these onions are chopped. Is that enough?

Vanessa: Oh, thanks, Peter, but that's a bit too much.
Peter: Alright, I will have to put some aside. Should I just sauté them in the pan?
Vanessa: Oh, I've got to stir-fry the chicken, but you go ahead and use the saucepan.
Sally: How much chicken do you need?
Vanessa: Oh, with that many people, we're going to need more than a pound.
Sally: Do I stir in the 4 ounces of cream now?
Vanessa: No, that's got to go in later after the chicken is cooked.
Peter: Do I sauté the red peppers too?
Vanessa: OK, you know what? I really appreciate all your help, but there are just too
many cooks in this small kitchen. How about just chilling in the living
room?
Peter: Alright. It's way more tasty when you cook it anyway.
Sally: We can set the table.
Vanessa: Sounds great. I need to finish combining all the ingredients.
