There is no doubt that technology is one of the greatest inventions of this era. Thanks to this,
people are widely connected 24 hours a day and their lifestyles have changed completely
.Regarding education, there is a great variety of online courses that fulfill everyone’s needs.
Therefore, some evidence suggests that more and more students are taking online classes.

First, recent studies have shown that some professionals want to undertake a specialization
in their fields but sometimes it might be difficult because of their demanding working hours.
However, if they have the possibility of studying online they could manage their own time to
do it. Besides, not much is needed to achieve it, just a willingness to learn and,of course, a
device connected to a network.

Second, in the past, studying abroad was rather difficult for most people. Not only was it
expensive but it also required time to travel .Today, with the use of technology, all courses
from any part of the world are available online for anyone who wants to take it without
moving from their house.

Third, some evidence has demonstrated that in the last few years students get used to
studying online.A likely explanation is that the Pandemic or the Lockdown left this new way
of studying that most people adopted and liked. Moreover, studying at home with the perfect
temperature , in a comfortable chair with a cup of coffee and wearing comfy clothes might be
definitely more appealing than being at school.

As a whole, it has commonly been assumed that in the past few years more and more
students have decided to take online classes, as a consequence, there is a wide variety of
offerings. The observed increase in this new way of studying could be attributed to people
who want to stay in their houses after working long hours or want to take courses from
abroad without even moving from their place or finally want to study in the comfort of their
houses.
