BITTER KOLA

Eating bitter kola is very good you as it performs wonders in the body. It helps in curing:

Liver disorders,

Throat infections,

Colic (a healthy baby crying for a very long time, for no obvious reason),

Head or chest colds,

Cough.

Bitter kola is highly recommended for asthmatic patients.

Regularly eating bitter kola is capable of reducing blood pressure.

It also helps in regulating sugar level in the blood.

SIDE EFFECTS

Moderation is key in everything we do. Too much consumption of bitter kola can cause
