Dear Carolina,

This letter represents the formal agreement of the partnership between Ariel Ablen(Project
Contractor) and Carolina E. Ybañez (House Owner). This agreement recognizes that Ariel
Ablen is to provide professional expertise throughout the project with
RENOVATION/REMODEL OF 2-STOREY RESIDENTIAL located at Brgy. Alegria, Ormoc City,
Leyte.

Per the agreement, Ariel Ablen and its associates will perform the following tasks from the
start of the project on July 10, 2023, to the end of the project on February 28, 2024:

 Demolition of old structure @ second floor

 New Columns
 Second floor concrete SLAB
 Second floor roofing with ceiling and canopy
 Second floor CHB walling
 Cement Plastering with Plain Cement Finish
 Door Installations
 Spiral Stair, Railings Windows
 Electrical, Structure & Plumbing
 CHB file ground floor of Kevin’s Bedroom
 Comfort Rooms
 Cleaning of the site after the project is fully done.
In accordance with the agreed arrangements, Ariel Ablen is to be compensated by house
owner in the amount of P350,00.00. Ariel Ablen is to be paid in full via cash for the
completion of his provided services on the project end date. Any additional compensation
for an extension of Ariel Ablen services shall be determined at that time should such
circumstances arise.
