Your Energy Service Charge covers the
running and maintenance cost of the Energy
Centre, the District Heating Network, and the
Heat Interface Unit (HIU) in your property. By
paying this it means you don’t have to worry
about any additional charges relating to
these. We’ll carry out routine maintenance
checks on your system at least once every 2
years to make sure everything’s working
efficiently for you, we’ll contact you when it’s
due.
