    SUBJECT: Renovation Updates

    I am writing to you that over the next four weeks, the entire break room will be undergoing
    renovations as part of our entire office space remodel.

    As our company continues to grow, we feel it necessary to provide more social and dining spaces. As
    hand as our team works, that should be able to rest and relax just as much.

    A map and modeling of the new space is available in the front entrance if you’d like to see what we have
    in store for everyone. If you have questions or concerns regarding the renovation, you can contact us at
    202-555-0180.

    In the meantime, we are sorry for inconvenience.

    For the month of December, please use the kitchen on the second floor during breaks. We will also keep
    that kitchen stocked as usual with coffee, snacks, and soda.
