PART I:  

 INTRODUCTION  

Nowadays the online websites have captured the majority of the market shares. People
feel more good and convenient when they order something online as it saves their time and
they can utilize that time in some important tasks instead of going to market for shopping. The
online portals and applications have made the life easier for working people, those who are
working in any organization so they don't have much time to go outside and shop as well as
those who are sick and those who are housewives. It is not easy for a common person to go
outside from their home. The main motto of these platforms is that they make people feel
secure and satisfied. Their prices are not fixed as most of the time they have any deal or they
issue vouchers or coupons to their customers especially for priority and loyal customers. This is
a good opportunity to introduce some more online business, therefore I selected to go for an E-
bakery that gives people a fresh and live experience of freshly baked slices of bread, cakes,
rusks, buns and whatnot. People can get their order within 2 to 3 hours after making the
purchase order. This is a wonderful opportunity as it gives convenience to the household
individuals, working people who can order for their office and housewives who can order for
their children.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES:  

We deal in all forms of baked foods; assorted breads to cakes and snacks. We do not intend
to restrict our services to only the supply of our products to stores who will eventually retail
them, but we intend to open the doors of our bakery in different parts of the Philippines to
customers who would prefer fresh hot baked bread direct from the oven.

As part our strategy to create multiple sources of income in line with our core business
concept, we will run a consultancy service and a standard government approved bakery
school where we intend producing top class bakers who will become our ambassador in the
Philippines. Here are some of our products and services:

 PART II:  

 TARGET USER  

The target user of our shop is the common housewives who cannot leave their homes
for shopping due to their little kids, some other tasks, or the guests who are present at their
homes. The other target market is working people who cannot go outside due to their busy
schedules or who want to order something freshly baked for their office tea break. The
customer needs this online bakery to save time and to enjoy maximum satisfaction due to the
modified ingredients as per their diet plan. Today, the customer is using the old way of getting
fresh baked bread and buns that might be too sweet sometimes, soggy sometimes, or tasteless
sometimes. While asking various random people if they get the opportunity to order bakery
items online, their responses were good, and they said that they will feel good with this, while
some people said that we don't know if the store will be able to deliver that product on time or
not. Different views were generated, among which mostly people liked this idea as it saved
them time.

PART III:  

 SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS  

The primary scope of our bakeshop is to produce and sell cakes, breads, and more. This
includes variety if flavors, sizes, and designs to cater to customer preferences. Our shop may
offer custom-made cakes for special occasions like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries.

 Good relationships with customers.
 As a small business we have facebook page where in you can directly order that will
delivered straight to your home.

LIMITATIONS:  
 As our delivery area is quite large, delivery time should be expected to take longer than
bigger bakeries.
 Space is tight
 Limited product availability.
 While we have a quite a larger delivery area, we can't take order from areas outside of
Nueva Ecija.
