I. INTRODUCTION
Where the type of candy is popular of our proud nation and motherland, our beloved
Philippines where it only takes one bite of the freshly-served powdered-bite-sized
shortbread candies,
We proudly introduce Bro’s Polvoron, where milk candies are “Love at First Bite”,
Where the name is relevant on how some of my peers get to mention my nickname “Bro”,
Moving on,
It has been noted that Filipinos, enjoy food. When we talk about Polvoron, we always tend
to picture a milk-powdered candy in feeling, a candy that takes us back to our minds with a
nostalgic feeling, a candy that takes us back to our younger days.
We can never dislike Polvoron’s original flavor but we can’t deny that we want
something new, something innovative and something that will surprise our tastebuds,
perhaps an unusual look and flavor that you don’t see everyday.
Though, the core of our business is developing new flavors and designs we cannot simply
discard and stop producing the never fading polvoron. The traditional flavor and
appearance of polvoron the most Filipino’s grew up with. Moreover, the optimization of the
small business to evolve will undergo in further planning, where most of the owners of this
aforementioned business tackle a few regarding of it’s act, The Start and Uprising in the
makings of the starting business.
All will be mentioned in the summary, Where we state of our struggles regarding the basis
of only little knowledge in factors of business, The Target Audience, Our struggles
regarding the market competition, The risks and opportunities if any relevance to start with
Polvoron/(Self-Referrals of any business regards on Food-Servicing).
In the business of making Polvoron we are situated to our homes, For mine in example:

II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Product Description/Objective
Why Polvoron? In my understanding, The Recipes are quite easily to recognize, The
Recipe’s cost suffice, The Prognosis how much is made within only a day remains the
question, Whereas the quickest and more the better, So as the process in terms of cooking
a few dozens and selling it is quite the breeze, The preparations beforehand are almost as
flexible in our terms. In the makings of the small business there is yet a lot for us to learn
which tells quite a lot since our small makings of methodologies, And the situation to sell
around the Campus regards in how well is our product made, So as if it meets their crucial
satisfaction needs.
Henceforth, Back in November 2022 since the project act was proposed to Class ICT A
we’ve learned that the lack of comments and feedback via web led us quite with the least
dissatisfaction of a few customers, Where one Teacher hated the makings of the service
where the candy is found to be crumbled in pieces easily.
Yet the taste of the Polvoron remains still from the senses of our customers, The fact still
remains how our late-makings also constitutes of the business being “not well-known”
within the Campus, Or in our belief… Still lacking for us to be known, Where around the
campus is also to meet of our Market Competitors.
The objectives are made from the results of our actions during the on-hands Project, where:
There is much than just the Campus as our only audience, We’ve tackled some few
parts from Albay, last 2022 of November, And with only our home neighbors and the School
our only audience, We have targets… Whereas the goal of the business is to tread firmly
before gaining to spread from a location, We won’t stop just from spreading to only in
Valenzuela City, We vision to first gain our reputation in one vicinity before moving to
another, And slowly overtaking then spread out through branches, And all will be at hand
the next time we tread on moreover about bridging Manpower and Machinery in the
business.
Hence, we come up with a plan before engaging any allegations to Third-Party delivery
services. The only risk we vision is the reduction of the expected income after the service
from a far vicinity.
Competition
Where in the Campus, we yet to encounter some of our competitive in the Market,
and the line that differentiates our type of business where the struggles have yet to start in
our business journey,
Within our limitations, to falter isn’t our choice, When there’s only to continue onwards,
defining the struggles to further improvise our methods and changes in target locations in
order for the business not to falter from it’s stead.
Moreover, the business is handling a few of our competitors and consumers from the
flexibility to sell Polvoron and from it’s low-cost price, Where also the taste greets their
tastebuds with satisfaction, Prerequisite from selling the product, Comes with the least
flexibility how to shape the powdered-bite sized candy into that delicious oval shape.
We’ve yet reflected in how selling only to one same location promotes the possibilities of
the makings of earnings seem hopeless.
Risk/Opportunities
In terms of it’s flexibility and low-cost budget selling and recipes, We come in notion that
this is somewhere the product balances the boundaries in between the risk and
opportunities.

Easy to carry and service, Whereas an example we made sells during Twelve-noon,

A simple small business at this state gives little revenue since the split-up of the
budget, Where we should improvise further.

As students, we are advised to use the time wisely, where Teacher’s of other
subjects minimize any concerns regarding of the activity.
The makings of this starting business is weak and should be utilized further, Since
some of the group members call it a day for themselves.
Conclusion
With the least good results and a lot of notices, There is still a way for us to furtherly
improve the business, The integrity of the group remains dependently and by dependently
will affect the growth of productions made for the next day to service, The Irony is as states
how this “integrity” of ours may chip away with only a little squeeze.
Against the Competition in the Market here in the Campus, The confessions over changing
from the only location to another will be discussed along with the visions we had in mind,
The Creation of the Facebook Page, Bridging the Gaps of Machinery and Manpower, And
allegations possibly with the Delivery Services such as “Food Panda”. And “Grab”.

Production Process
Material
- The materials needed needed preprequisite of cooking the Polvoron: “The
Oval Shape Molder” and the “Sheet of Cellophane” where the recipes are:
Sugar, Flour, Margarine and Milk Powder then finally the wrapping material for
the polvoron is a sheet of cellophane.
Machinery
- In terms of making the product, Any type of machinery will be further
discussed from the meetings.
Method
- In the project we conclude that we only have the few of methods regarding to
sell the product, nearly 12:00 NN where the emergence of the afternoon class
scheduled students attend the Campus giving us additional of consumers.
Since with some of the volunteers of the group to sell the product doesn’t
stand only in one place, Where they will have to walk around school grounds
to fetch interest of customers.
Manpower
- Whereas we have the few of members to buy for the recipes, And deliver the
recipes to the Production Head, she and her team will conduct and
commence the cooking preparation of the product.

- Aftermath the project since November I have few Proposals to the Group
which will be discussed from the meeting and it regards for any innovative
changes of the product. Which consists of new flavors and creative
decorations for and only to satisfy our customers

- With the introduction of the new types/flavors of Polvoron, does this also
include the introduction of it’s prices?
- Yes. We will have to compute first the basis since the add-ups of it’s recipes
and have further discussions regarding any changes of the Original Polvoron
which is only sold ₱07.00

- Anymore regarding concerns within if any new places to sell the Polvoron,
