Introduction

Cup of a cake is a cupcake shop that is located at Notre Dame Site Parang,
Maguindanao. The brand itself explain the product, which are cupcakes. The location is great
since it is just on the side of the road so that the possible buyers can easily locate the area.
Cupcakes are viewed as an extravagance item however, with their little sticker price for
shoppers, they're viewed as a definitive vibe great buy that will not burn through every cent.
During this pandemic this kind will be great because desserts, specifically the sugar in the
desserts, causes your brain to release endorphins such as serotonin. These hormones are
responsible for making you feel happy, cheerful and calm. Cupcake can be a great stress
reliever inn situation like this. Cupcakes are suitable for all ages. This will appeal to children,
teenagers, mothers and fathers, and even grandparents.
This idea was created by Michelle Jade C. Magbanua, Johaira Montilla Mayo, Sittie
Riham Basmala Lidasan, Jaded Tomas, and Bai Johara Madidis a Grade 12 Students of Notre
Dame of Parang. Our selling process has two ways, you can order right in the shop or through
online by messaging our page and we will deliver it to you.
Our cupcake business is different from other bake shop since we focus on producing good
quality cupcakes and we have variety of flavors we can offer. The goal of our business is to
serve the people a lip- smacking delicacy that can be given as a gift or served in a celebration,
"pasalubong" or "merienda" that everyone can enjoy. We offer a dozen per box cupcakes
which are the flavors were chosen by the costumers in our 22 different flavors of cupcakes.
To make my business profitable we will sell our cupcakes accurate to the buyer’s budget and
gradually increase the pricing while improving our product. Cupcake business is a good
venture to start because of low start-up costs, the ability to be creative in your job, a simple
business model to follow, and the ability to create your own working schedule.
The fundamentals expected to begin this cupcake business incorporate pastry kitchen
hardware. Obviously, brightening packs and tips will be expected to apply enriching icing to
cupcakes. Other important devices and supplies incorporate spatulas, blending bowls and
cupcake coverings. The beginning up capital would be Php 2,000 created through equivalent
monetary commitment of the accomplices. Each startup has different initial costs and ways of
measuring profit and if this business I think it will take a year for this to be profitable. We plan
to firstly open an online order cupcake business because it can bring in significant profits
without as much overhead as a retail store. If the online-based cupcake business is

service and reasonable price that allowing customers to stop in and sit down. Cupcakes is a
bakery that we pride ourselves on giving satisfaction to every customer with every bite of our
delicious food. It will serve at a variety of events including anniversary celebrations, birthdays,
christening and wedding. Also, we can share it to our family and friends. That will be serve as
a pasalubong or gifts of the costumers or travelers that they can bring back on their special
someone.
The product quality is critical in the food industry. Cup of a cake will ensure product
quality using fresh ingredients, sale only fresh cupcakes and focus on cleanliness. Also, will be
offered with a variety of flavors, frostings, sizes, styles, toppings and decorations. Cupcake are
suitable for all ages, that they can enjoy delicious cupcakes and have a free coffee. Having a
free coffee will be given out as a token of appreciation to those who ordered.
The price of the product will strive to be competitive with the industry. Cost and
expenses will be calculated to provide the business with a minimum price option that
preventing any losses. The shop will also be conducting a research of price of the competitors
that to know the price requirements to remain competitive. If the industry price is high enough
to cover the calculated cost, Cup of a cake will always choose prices like its competitors. Aim
of these plans of cup of a cake are intended to help the business grow more successful and

available. The company will be entrepreneurial, with enough personnel to keep things running
smoothly. A few persons will be authorized bakers, who will prepare the delicacies in the
kitchen, while the rest will accept orders and meet the needs of clients.

Cupcakes will be the primary product for this business. Cup of a Cake will provide a
wide range of flavors, frostings, sizes, styles, toppings, and decorations. Cup of a Cake will
offer a variety of solutions to meet customers' general health and diet needs in order to stand
out from the competition. Gluten-free, organic, naturally sweetened, reduced-fat, and vegan
foods have recently grown in popularity, whether due to allergies or personal preference. More
customers will feel welcome at this bakery since their needs will be recognized and met by
