Job Descriptions - Director of Business Development

Role Overview:
As the Director of Business Development at our forward-thinking company, you will drive our B2B
sales initiatives. Your mission is to forge lasting relationships with businesses, showcasing our roster
of elite contractors as the key to their staffing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively engage with businesses to establish and nurture relationships, effectively selling
our contractor services.
● Manage all client communications, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
● Collaborate with our Talent Management team to match and place the ideal contractor for
each client's unique requirements.
● Leverage LinkedIn and its suite of business solutions to expand market reach.

Requirements:
● Business development or sales experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with
diverse professional backgrounds.
● Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn for marketing and networking purposes.
● Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients.
● A strong understanding of IT audit and cybersecurity concepts is highly preferred, enabling
you to communicate our value proposition convincingly.
● A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently and drive growth initiatives
successfully.

Compensation:
Our pay is designed to reward results, offering a blend of a steady base with exciting bonus potential.

Base: 5 hours per week at $20/hour


Bonuses: Earn up to $10,000 per month with no upper limit
● $500 for each new client secured, no cap; $500 for each contractor placement, no cap
● Earn an extra $1,000 monthly bonus by successfully acquiring your first new client and
placing 2 contractors each month.
● Furthermore, receive a $2,000 monthly bonus for each additional set of 1 client secured and 2
contractors placed thereafter, every month.
