influenced his career so far.
Susana: Of course, I obtained my bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at the
Technological University of Peru. During my training, I developed strong road and pathway
skills, allowing me to excel in academic and practical projects.
José: Interesting. And you, Fernanda, could you share your educational background?
Fernanda: Sure, I have a degree in Law from the Universidad Tecnologia del Perú. My
focus was on Legal strategies and management, which provided me with a comprehensive
understanding of Legal Law.
José: Excellent. Now, let's talk about personal experiences. Can each of you highlight an
experience that you consider relevant to the position?
Susana: I worked on a sustainable road development project, in which I led a
multidisciplinary team. We managed to implement innovative solutions that significantly
improved the efficiency of the process. This experience strengthened my leadership and
problem-solving skills.
José: Good example. And you, Applicant 2, any notable personal experiences you would
like to share?
Fernanda: I worked as a Project Advisor in an international expansion initiative for a local
company. I coordinated teams, managed logistics and guaranteed collaborative work. This
experience gave me a deep understanding of project management and adapting to
international environments.
José: Very impressive. Now, let's talk about future goals. Where do you see yourself
professionally in the next few years?
Susana: My short-term goal is to specialize in structural engineering applied to industry. In
the long term, I aspire to lead innovative projects that contribute to the advancement of the
country.
José: Ambitious. And you, Applicant 2, what are your future goals?
Fernanda: I plan to obtain a master's degree in criminal law and focus on global
expansion strategies. In the long term, I hope to occupy a management role in an
international company.
José: Interesting perspectives. Lastly, let's talk about your lifestyle and health. How do you
maintain a work-life balance?
Susana: I play sports regularly and believe in the importance of disconnecting to maintain
a healthy mental state.
José: A healthy approach. And you, Applicant 2, how do you manage the balance between
work and personal life?
Fernanda: I do creative activities like painting, which helps me disconnect. Additionally, I
plan my time efficiently.
