WISE Foundation Work & Travel Program Fee Estimate

During the program youshould expect to make enough money to cover your basic living expenses and participation in
cultural exchange activities. The following information is provided to you so you are clear about what is and vwhat is not
included in your program fees. Please remember that youmust arrive to the U.S. with at least $1000to cover living
expense prior to receiving first paycheck which may take up to one month to be issued.

Program Costs and Services:

A. Your Program Fee is (USD). The below fees are included in my Program Fee as part of the
administration of the program:
Agency Program Fee.
WISE Foundation Program Fees
SEVIS Fee (Currently $35 USD. Is subject to change)
Health Insurance
You will be refunded all fees except (USD) in the case of visa denial or withdraw from the program
Please note that the SEVIS is non-refundable

B. The Below items are incurred as part of the program but are not paid to the WISE Foundation or your local
Agency as part of the administration of the program. The estimated cost of these fees is (USD):
Consulate Interview (paid to US Consulate. Estimated between $150 USD and $200 USD. Please ask your agency
for the amount of this fee in your country)
Airline Ticket
Airport Transfer
Please note that the Consulate Interview Fees is non-refundable. Airline and Transportation refunds are issued per
your agreement with those entities.

C. The Below items may be incurred as part of the program but are not paid to the WISE Foundation or my local
Agency as part of the administration of the program. Please review your job offer to determine if you owe
these feesand the refund policies that apply if fees paid up front. Please note of these fees on your budget
sheet to properly plan for the expenses involved in the program.

Utilities (ex: power,water, gas, etc...)
Transportation
Uniform Fee
Food
Cultural Exchange activities

D. The total estimated cost of your program fees not including day to day expenses is (Section A+Section B)
