Cancellation Policy:
Combined Refund Policy (CALEXS plus CIEE fees): (If Calexs rejects the application $ 0) - (Cancellation after signing application
agreement $ 200) -(Cancellation if sponsor accept application $ 500) - (Cancellation after been placed $ 600) - (Cancellation if
the applicant cannot get a viable cosigner $600) - (if visa approved $1,500) - (Visa Denial $ 135) - (Once the Participant has
departed for the U.S.,there will be no refund should the Participant leave the Program)… SEVIS, VISA and LEGAL fees are
non-refundable.
Other program costs and pricing notes:
1- In most cases students will be required to pay for housing in the USA; this fee is NOT charged by CALEXS nor CIEE (100 per
week AVG). 2- Depending on distance from housing to the site of activity, students will be required to pay transportation in the
USA (10 per day AVG). 3- Students are required to have at least 1000 USD to support themself in the USA the two weeks
before they receive first paycheck.

I confirm that I have reviewed the complete pricing information in this document and fully understood the costs of
the program before I paid a non-refundable deposit. I understand that wages may not cover the entirety of pro-
gram and living expenses and that I should have access to additional personal funds.
