Registration is required only if you do not have an existing MySinglife account, you can log in with your existing
credential to see the new Group Claim features if you already have an existing account.

For user with existing


MySinglife account,
you can log in with
email or SingPass.

For new MySinglife


portal user, click on
“Create an account”

and Date of Birth as per
your employment record,
click “Next”

you are holding a passport no.,
you will not be able to see this
option. Please contact us to

Portal where you can have an
overview of your Singlife
General and Retail insurance.

Claim” feature.

What is the right claim type to choose?


 Dental = All kinds of dental claims (only available if policy is
eligible for Dental Reimbursement benefit).

 Outpatient = All outpatient visits to a GP or specialist,


expenses incurred for a diagnostic test, pre/post
hospitalisation visits following an admission/surgery
(for pre/post hospitalisation claim, click at the “Yes” check box in “Is this claim
related to a previous hospitalisation stay or surgery? (Optional)” section then
input in the Admission date and Discharge date.)

 Inpatient = Hospitalisation, Day surgery,


Cancer/kidney treatment.
