Attendance management takes place in all educational campuses be they university, college or school.
typical Attendance process flow in any organization for Management Staff employees is shown as

After logging in, you will see the below screen which is the landing page of the application. There are 2 ways in
which you can access all forms in Adrenalin Max. the shortcut way is to search Leave Request in the search bar
(ZOLOG) to directly reach the form for applying leave as shown in Section 2.2 Attendance Regularization
The On Clicking the Workforce management tab, you shall see the module index as shown below. Then kindly
click on Leave Request tab shown in the first box, second tab.
Attendance Regularization form consists of the below mentioned fields for getting information from the
employee, such as
Regularization Category *: It is a drop down containing list of categories for raising Attendance Regularization
such as Could not login, was on training, Forget to sign out, etc. Values in this field is populated from Form
Master for the Form ‘Attendance Category’.
Type*: This is for selecting regularization type either as Day based on Time based.
• Day Based: For raising AR for entire Day means, Day based should be selected and it will ask for From-
date and To-Date information as shown above.
• Time Based: For raising AR for a particular time period means, Time based should be selected and it will
ask for From-date along with Time and To-Date along with time as shown above.
From Date: Specifies the AR Start date with Mini calendar for date selection.
To Date: Specified the AR End Date and Time along with Mini calendar and clock for date and time selection.
Reason*: Here user have to mention the reason for raising the Attendance Regularization.
Clicking on Submit Button will initiate the AR request and send it to corresponding approval if necessary.
Post Activity
Once approved, this will be reflected in Attendance Calendar view of the employee, Attendance
Cancellation, Leave Request, Leave Regularization forms. If the Regularization Category is selected as
Current day will be highlighted with a different color with caption as ‘Today’
• Employee Name/ Employee ID – Displays Name and ID of the logged in employee along with photo.
• Employee Summary – If you want to see leave calendar of your team members, then you can select the
employee by entering employee name in ‘Search employee’ field.
Note: This will be available only for managers/Role-Players.
• – Displays current date and time.
• – This filter is for viewing calendar for different months and year.
• Clicking Right Arrow it will move to next month and Clicking left arrow will move to previous month.
Calendar events such as Absent, Leave, Present, Permission taken, Holiday, etc. are differentiated with a specific
color code.
By default Attendance calendar will display details for the current month of the year, user can able to change the
month with the help of filters available.
Attendance Calendar will show information related to attendance management such as Clock in clock out status,
Total time logged in for a day along with Present, Absent, Leave, Week off information as specific color code.

Note: All calendar types will have options for Leave Request, Permission Request, Attendance Regularization,
Leave Cancellation, Shift Change Request for employees based on their eligibility.

Along with Calendar, Employee can also able to view the records related to Leave. Regularization, Permissions
taken over a period along with their status as shown below,
Absence Type: Type of absence raised by the employee such as Leave, Permission, Regularization, etc.
Duration: Specifies the number of days absent or leave taken by the employee with respect to corresponding
Start and End Date.
Status: Specifies the current status of the request raised by the employee such as approved or pending.
Action: Employee have option to View the request raised by them or Pullback/Cancel the Request Raised by
them as shown above.
Note: Details in this are generated from the request raised by the employee such as Leave Request, Attendance
regularization, Permission request etc.
Clicking on Edit icon will open a popup window based on the absence type,
For e.g. If absence type is Regularization then popup will open ‘Attendance Cancellation’ form.
If Absence type is Leave request and it was approved then popup will open ‘Leave Cancellation’ form.
Mouse over on a Particular date it will display the details of leave, holiday, Present, Absent etc. as a message box
as shown below.
Example: 08/15/2018 – Multiple events happened for the employee such as Holiday – Independence Day and
Training happened on Data structure.
Filters:
• Month and Year – For viewing team member’s attendance for selected month and year.
• Shift - For viewing team member’s attendance for selected month and year with respect to specific shift
time.
By clicking Show Time Check box option, it will display clock in clock out timing of the team members with respect
to the filters selected.
Each activity will be differentiated with respective color code and legends will be shown for reference.
This report can be used to see the Attendance Regularization Transaction details for a
specific Date and Period.
• Attendance Report:
This Report can be used to see attendance details for a specific Date and Period.
This report can be used to see the Daily Attendance IN and OUT details via using filters
showcased in the below screenshot.
