    I am a Fresh Graduate from Vocational Highschool Taman Harapan, I am writing to


    apply for the head Chef position of Hotel Kemang Indah that was posted on social
    media.I’m excited about the kitchen and fine dining,and would welcome opportunity
    to develop food and handle kitchen for Hotel Kemang Indah.

    I have had passion for food since i was kid and i have a Family Restaurant,this past
    ramadhan,I work at solaria restaurant and I have experience with Indonesia and
    western cuisine.

    Additionally, if I was be head chef, I will lead our team to be organized and develop
    food with indonesian or western recipe,I have to present Hotel Kemang Indah as the
    best fine dining in Indonesia with Michelin stars.

    Thank you for your consideration, I would welcome for opportunity to be interviewed
