WHAT : 26th ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING AND ELECTION OF BOARD OF

DIRECTORS
WHEN : February, 26, 2023
WHERE : DARBCI EVACUATION CENTER
TIME : 6:00 A.M. – 12 NOON

A. VACANT POSITION : 09 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

B. DATE OF FILING OF CANDIDACY
Start Filing of Candidacy : February 6, 2023
Last Filing of Candidacy : February 11, 2023

C. QUALIFICATIOMS:
A candidate for Directors of an association:
1. Must be a legal age;
2. Must be a member in good standing
No delinquent account of his/her water bill
Attended the Association’s General Assembly meetings.
3. Must be an actual resident of the subdivision, housing or location
project for at least six (6) months as certified by the association
secretary or in default thereof, by a member having personal knowledge
And Art. 11 Sect. 3 Elecom Rules,
Article III, Section 1, Section 3 par b respectively
4. Has not been convicted by any criminal offense involving moral
Turpitude, or have been filed a case against the BOD’s to HLURB, DHSUD AND Barangay.
5. The legitimate spouse of a member may be a candidate in lieu of the member.
6. The candidate must be an active a competent leader with capabilities and expertise in handling
their respective responsibilities.
D. REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fill up the Certificate of Candidacy
2. Pay a filing fee of One Hundred Pesos (Php 100.00) to the Cashier (non refundable)
The candidate who paid first will be posted in the roster of official candidate
Of the position he/she applied Article IV Section
3. Election Guidelines.
(Please submit your filled up Certificate of Candidacy personally at DHHAI office.)

Note: Those qualified candidates must attend the Pre-Election Conference on

February 18, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. Venue: DHHAI Office
