PROJECT TIMELINE

MONTH 1:
● WEEK 1-2: Conducting indepth research and training on Django for development team,
setting up the development environment, git repository, README.md of the project
repository (deadline by the end of week 3)
● WEEK 3-4: Begin MVP planning, outlining core features and functionality of LunoCart,
Initiate development of backend infrastructure (start building the backend). Research
work on the frontend UI/UX design (initiate development of a wireframe of the app
interface)
MONTH 2:
● WEEK 1-2: Continue with backend development, focus on database integration, user
authentication (testing authentication and security of authentication), basic functionality
of LunoCart including: 1. Building and testing CartLink and CartApp functionalities, make
sure they connect well i.e. the CartLink updates the CartApp of a certain account with a
certain product 2. Working with GPT-3 and DALL-E to build Campaign Developer 3.
Testing APIs 4. Integrating Instagram (data gathering) and campaign deployment to
Instagram
● WEEK 3-4: Simultaneously start frontend development based on UI/UX design and
research, i.e. creating basic interface for the MVP. Implement basic design elements and
user flow. Continue backend development, components testing and design of additional
features (where necessary and where possible)
MONTH 3:
● WEEK 1-2: Integrate the backend with frontend to establish a working prototype of MVP.
Finishing touches on backend work and integration of APIs, test launch and experiment
with different AWS features, start running test on the cloud
● WEEK 3: Refine and polish the MVP, addressing issues identified during testing with the
develop team to ensure a stable and functional MVP. Final deadline for any patches
necessary.
● WEEK 4: Conduct internal testing to ensure and stable MVP, prepare for limited beta
release for user feedback. Still continue development where necessary.
