PROJECT PROGRESS REVIEW REPORT-I

PROJECT TITLE: Real Time Instagram Clone Application Using MERN

AREA OF WORK: Social Media to connect more people together to share their ideas,
thought, knowledge, views.

TYPE OF MODEL: Software Based Model

PROJECT AIM & OBJECTIVES

Aim: The Aim of this project is to connect more people together, it will increase creativity power, and
also increase strategical thinking. It can help young players build preserverance to achieve goal build
resilience and improve their communication skills, specially in online multiplayer video games.

Project Objectives:

Objective 1: To connect more people together.

Objective 2: Business man are able to advertise their product and services.
Objective 3: It help the people to share their knowledge, views,
ideas, thougth.
Objective 4: User should be able to like a post posted by and follow
other people.

PROPOSED DESIGN METHODOLOGY:

The methodology for developing an Real Time Instagram clone app typically involves the following steps:

1. Requirement Analysis: Understand the purpose, target audience, and key features of the Instagram clone
app.
2. Technology Stack Selection: Choose the appropriate technology stack for developing the app, including
programming languages, frameworks, libraries, and databases based on factors like scalability, performance,
and developer expertise.
3. Design Phases
- UI/UX Design: Design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the app.
4. Development:
- Frontend Development: Develop the frontend of the app using technologies like React and chakra UI.
- Backend Development: Develop the backend infrastructure using frameworks like Node.js. Implement
server-side logic, database management, authentication, and API integrations.
5. Integration:
- Cloud Services: Utilize cloud services for hosting, storage, and scalability, such as AWS, Google Cloud
Platform, or Azure.
6. Testing:
- Unit Testing: Conduct unit tests to ensure individual components of the app function correctly.
- Integration Testing: Test the integration of frontend and backend components to ensure seamless
communication and functionality.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Involve stakeholders and potential users to test the app's usability,
performance, and functionality in real-world scenarios.
7. Deployment: Deploy the app to app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) or distribute it
through other channels like enterprise deployment or beta testing platforms.

PROGRESS IN WORK: 60% work has been done. Currently we are in the developing phase and after
the developing phase there has been testing phase. We consider the factors where we can make
improvement. A very soon deployment of model will be done and hosted as a web app.

PROGRESS REPORTED:
60% work has been previously reported, where we planning and requirement analysis, defining the
requirement, design. The currentlydeveloping the project and next upcoming phases is testing the model.
