The customer will be liable for any damages of equipment after we handed over the tent. A 30% non-refundable deposit is
needed to confirm your booking (to reserve your date). In Two weeks before the function date the customer should have
at least made 80% of the total payment. The final 20% of the payment should be made when handing over the tent. *The
tent will only be handed-over and used after the final payment is made.
