Booking & Confirmation
All Goods are on Rental basis for One Day only.
A Non-Refundable deposit (50%) of the total event cost is required to secure the booking.
The booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and the submission of an official
work order from the client.
Payment
GST @18% will be charged on the Total Amount.
50% advance payment, accompanied by the work order, 30% before one week, and the remaining 20% is payable
upon completion of the setup on the Event Day.
Failure to make full payment by the specified date may result in cancellation of the event.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the client being liable for the full event cost.

No refunds will be issued for services not used or canceled by the client during the event.
Event Details & Changes
Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing and confirmed by both parties.
Changes made after final quotation may incur additional charges.
The client must provide accurate and complete event details.
Force Majeure
The Beatels Events holds no responsibility for failures or delays in fulfilling its obligations arising from circumstances beyond its
control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of
terrorism, and government regulations.
Liability
The Beatels Events is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event
unless caused by the negligence of the company.
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary Government permissions, licenses, or approvals for the
event.
Termination of Services
The Beatels Events reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any terms and conditions
outlined herein.
In the event of termination, the client remains liable for any outstanding payments.

Client Responsibilites
The client is responsible for the behavior and actions of their guests during the event.
The client is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for the event.
