How it started
• The Chewy puffs was founded by Kevin Ong, a Chef and
Food Innovation Manager in 2005
• He created it from an experiment by mixing 2 countries
recipes

• It took him 2 years to perfect the recipe. Sample


feedback from 100 people all positive.
• He started Chewy Junior in 2007 and sold one million
chewy puffs in 9 months from just one outlet.
From Chewy Junior to 3 Sweets

• As Chewy Junior becomes more mature, new products


need to keep adding in
• Hence the additions of Madeline Cup Cakes, follow by
Molten Cheese Tarts varieties
