A mysterious field day

Sofia and Diego had planned a fun picnic. They had made a basket with tortillas, salad, fruit and soft drinks. They had chosen a quiet place, near a river and surrounded by
mountains. They had brought a camera, a map, a puzzle and a flashlight.

Everything was going well until they arrived at the site. They noticed that there was a sign that read: "Do not enter. Restricted area. Danger of explosion." The sign was old
and

broken, but they could tell it had been put up recently. There was no one around and no sign of human activity.

Sofia and Diego were intrigued and frightened. They had expected to spend a relaxed and joyful day, but they encountered a mystery. They were about to turn away, but
then they saw something that attracted them.

On the bank of the river, there was a small wooden hut. It looked like someone lived there, because there were clothes lying around, flower pots and a bicycle leaning
against the wall. Sofia and Diego were curious and decided to approach. They left the basket in the car and headed towards the cabin.

Upon arrival, they were surprised to see that the cabin was open and empty. There was no one inside and no personal belongings. There was only a table with a laptop

computer, a cell phone, some papers and some books. The papers had drawings and mathematical formulas. The books were about quantum physics, time travel and
parallel universes Sofia and Diego were perplexed by the find. They wondered who the owner of the cabin was and what he was doing there. They went through papers
and books, trying to

figure something out. They took pictures, asked each other questions and got very excited.

After a while, they heard a strange noise coming from behind the cabin. It was like a buzzing or hissing sound that was getting louder and louder. They looked out the
window and saw something incredible. There was a huge machine with wires, tubes, lights and buttons. The machine was connected to a circular portal that emitted a
bluish glow.

Sofia and Diego could not believe their eyes. It was as if they had stepped into a science fiction movie. They realized that the machine was a device to travel through time
or to other worlds. They were tempted to try it, but also fearful of the consequences.

Then, they saw that on the laptop screen there was a message that read:
"If you're reading this, it's because I had to leave on emergency. Don't worry, I'll be back soon. In the meantime, you can use my machine to explore other realities. Just
choose a coordinate on the map and press the red button. I assure you it will be an unforgettable experience. Just remember two things: do not change anything in the
past or in the future, and do not stay more than one hour in each place. If you don't follow these rules, there will be serious consequences for you and the universe. Good
luck and have fun."

The message was signed by a name: "Albert".

Sofia and Diego were dumbfounded by the message. They wondered who Albert was and why he had let them use his machine. They looked at each other and smiled
knowingly. They decided to take a chance and live a unique adventure.

They picked up the map and chose a random coordinate. They ran to the machine and pressed the red button. The portal glowed brighter and drew them into it. At that
moment, everything changed
