In response to your application and subsequent online CV screening, we are pleased to offer you employment in our organization.
You have agreed to render the services on the following terms and conditions as below; in terms of this Agreement it is agreed by
and between parties as below which have met our approval and consideration for an appointment in joining ALDAR University
College, Kuwait
In consideration of the Employee undertaking the Employment for the school, the school shall pay the Employee as follows:
Starting Monthly Salary: KWD 3,500.00 KUWAITI DINAR (Three Thousand Five Hundred Kuwaiti Dinar) only.
ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS:
All Employees are entitled to 2 months’ Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2 weeks apart in one different period. All
Employees will receive KWD 4,000. KUWAITI DINAR Take home for each leave period.
The employer of each Inter-continental trip shall be paid KD 2,600.00 KUWAITI DINAR flat rate travel/entertainment allowance
to Employee Travel shall be by first-class, or otherwise if necessary.
However, for the purpose, of commencement, the cost of the travel ticket shall be paid in addition to the travel/entertainment
allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase.
The employer shall also take care of the employees' travel tickets including that of the employees' families only on the employees'
early notification to the employer and as shall be registered by the employee.
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to the job before Commencement of duties or expenses made during Travel Plans,
Al Dar University College, Kuwait
Processing of Travel Particulars, etc. will be substantiated them with receipts and the Employer will reimburse the Employee not
later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee's expense Report and Receipts as proofs of such expenses.
The employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Travel costs and Expenses made by the Employee.
The agreement hereby binds the Employer and reimbursement at reimbursements will be made fully to employees upon presentation
of expense reports and receipts of expenses.
The two monthly upfront salaries shall be paid in advance before Candidates embark on the journey to assume duty and this is to
enable candidates to settle all domestic needs before travel, as such no excuses will be entertained on the assumption of duty relating
to default.
The ALDAR University College, Kuwait will pay 2-month upfront salaries to Employees (Expatriates) as soon as Employees
procure and process the relevant KUWAIT Resident/ Work Permit Documents by the request assistance from OMEIR TRAVE
AGENCY LLC and submit them to the Human Resources Department for verification.
All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in KUWAIT shall be 75% paid into Foreign Employee’s offshore account to be
provided by the employee with the remaining 5% paid locally in KWAIT if accepted by the employee.
ACCOMOACCOMMODATION:
All employees are expected to reside at the School's Staff estate; there are 3 Bedrooms furnished with a new Toyota Camry 2018
Model for employees during the contract.
Dietary options, Customized cooks, and Dieticians are available options. In the case of local dishes, we have senior chefs from
various countries to handle such.
MEDICAL EXPENSES:
Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of the contract, and follow-on care for injuries
suffered during the term of the contract for the e employee and family.
Laptop Computer/Desk Top with Full-time Internet is also made available phone employer will provide each employee with one (1)
landline and one (1) mobile telephone; this shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.
TERMINATION:
Termination without cause either party may terminate this agreement without cause upon ninety (90) days prior written notice to the
other, Termination for cause Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party materially or repeatedly defaults
in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a default notice specifying the
default and the intention to terminate.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Neither party shall be responsible for any damages, delay in performance if caused by any act or occurrence beyond its reasonable
control such as embargoes, changes in government regulations or requirements (executive, legislative, judicial, military or
otherwise), acts of war or terrorism, power failure, electrical surges or current fluctuations, lightning, earthquake, flood, the
elements or other forces of nature, delays or failures of transportation, or acts,
Without limitation, neither Employee nor practice shall be responsible for any interruption in Services caused by an interruption in
or failure of Internet services. Employee recognizes that any such Internet or network outage if lasting more than a single 10-hour
work shift may if Practice scheduling allows, be credited against employee's vacation time or may otherwise result in a prorated
reduction in the contract minimum cash payment to the Employee.
CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION:
Return of Property and Confidential Information In the event of termination for any reason, Employee shall return to Practice all
property and Confidential Information (as defined in Section 15) received from Practice, and employee shall immediately cease
using any passwords or other information provided by Practice for access to Practice's or Practice Client's information systems, and
employee shall return to Practice at Employee's own expense the workstation and any other equipment or software provided to
Employee by Practice.
AMENDMENT:
Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities in Job Locations and communities are no small issues and have been
seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch-free operations.
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry
and Dry Cleaning Services will also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.
Any foreign expatriate employee newly Recruit to join our Teams persuade obtain a valid KUWAIT Work/Residence Permit Visa
preserved license to practice while certifying for joining with the management as stipulated above for your Job resumption, and a
privilege to your acceptance place, comply with applicable policies of joining ALDAR University College, Kuwait
Any employee successfully screened and recruited to resume employment at ALDAR University College, Kuwait (and not
presently possessing a valid KUWAIT Residence Visa and Work Permits Clearance Papers) shall be expected to scan and send to
us and the Gulf Haraka Travel Agency via e-mail a copy of his/her International Passport and a Passport Photograph for
the immediate processing, procurement, and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the Ministry of Interior and
shall be duly notified once their valid KUWAIT Residence Visa and Work Permits Clearance Papers are completed.
It is Official that employees from outside KUWAIT will pay for their work permits. However, the university shall reimburse the
employee the full amount paid and all extra expenses incurred once he/she resumes work upon the provision of proof of expenses
[receipts]
Any candidate that accepts this offer will have to contact the Gulf Haraka Travel Agency and send all documents and the
processing charges to them for procurement, and acquisition of their necessary permit clearance papers with the MINISTRY OF
INTERIOR, and the school will be reimbursed back the expense.
Note that all KUWAIT-based employees are to report personally to our office with identification materials for signing and
collection of hard copies of their contract documents.
REIMBURSEMENT:
The Employee will incur reasonable expenses to get His/her valid KUWAIT Residence Visa and Work Permit while the ALDAR
University College, Kuwait shall make the required arrangements for the employee first-class flight and reimburse Employee for
any other moving expenses after presenting the expense report to school policy.
NB: Any employee, who does not have International Passport, should notify us earlier to enable us to arrange for an Emergency
Travelling Certificate for him/her.

In witness, therefore, the parties declare that they read and are fully aware of all the terms and conditions of this contract and that
they signed below, hereby entered into contractual commitment and provision of this contract agreement based on the conduct of the
parties herein through the period of the agreement, both parties may decide to extend the agreement in the future, where the term of
responsibilities and relationship will be better defined and expatriated.
