SUB-EMPLOYMENT LETTER
Subsequent to your selection in our company, we are pleased to offer you the position
of ACCOUNTANT TC department as per following terms and condition: -
Designation: ACCOUNTANT
Employmentstatus:- Active
BasicSalary:- 230 KD only/month
OtherAllowance:- Negotable
Salary Deposit: - First 6 months 10% of your Gross salary would be with account
department and that will be reimbursed after success full
completion of 06 months

ProbationPeriod:- 03months
Passage: On joining economy class Joining ticket for the sector
Delhi- Kuwait on vacation economy class air ticket Kuwait-
Delh

Leave: 30 days paid leave on completion of every 12months

continuous service.
Accommodation:- Accommodation Provided by the company.
Transportation: Company Transport from Company Accommodation
to work place and back.

Foodexpenses:- To your account.

Medical:- Medical facility as per company policy.
Gratuity:- As per KUWAIT Labor law
Validity ofOffer:- 48 hrs from dates of issue
 This offer will not be valid if you are found medically unfit for the job required.
 Your appointment will be subject to obtaining necessary labor clearance and
visa, as per the exiting immigration rules of the State of kuwait
 Your employment with Al-Salam mall group will be subject to the
rules and regulation of the company.
 All other terms which are not listed in this agreement will be Governed by
kuwait labourLaw.
 In the event of acceptance of this offer, please furnish the following
immediately to us for processing your visa formalities.

1- 02 Copies of your valid passport.

2- 15 passport side color photograph with white Background.
3- Medical Certificate from the authorized Medical center originally with
GAMCA slip.
4- Signed Acceptance of the offer and attested original
degree/Diploma Certificate/Apostille attestation for Ministry of
ExternalAffair
