Bank of India and HDFC Bank (With Special Reference to Gwalior Division)” is my
own research work conducted under the supervision of Dr. Rajendra Kumar Khatik at
School of Commerce and Business Studies, Jiwaji University, Gwalior (Madhya
Pradesh), approved by the Research Degree Committee. I have put in more than 200 days
of attendance with the supervisor at the centre,

I further declare that to best of my knowledge, the thesis does not contain any part of any
