PROJECT PROPOSAL

Project Title : Procurement of Additional Ten (10) Units of Computer Sets with Printer
Proponent : DONESSA MAE DOLAR TUAL

I. Rationale:
We are now in a digital world wherein everything is in one click away from us. And as a
student we are facing a lot of challenges adopting these situations, from lack of computer
access to lack financial assistance to be in, in this digital world.
II. Background:
Being a student of today’s generation and student of Bagumbayan National High
school, I personally struggling of having an access to computer. Even our school have already
computer room with computer sets, I found it that it is not enough for all the student in this
campus. Maybe it can help but it does not address the problem we the student are facing this
time. This is the reason why I come up for this project proposal of adding at least Ten (10)
units of computer sets with printer. I know it will not fully address the problem but it will help a
lot to lessen the burden of the student particularly to those who can’t afford in private computer
shop.
III. Objectives:
This Project aims to attain the following:
1. Give the student access to computer;
2. Lessen the burden of the student in computer access; and
3. Lessen the expenses of the student in paying for private computer shop.

VI. Expected Output:

This project is expected to procured on July 2024.
VII. Evaluation:
I am expecting that the school head and the PTCA President are both present during
the procurement and installing of the said project to ensure that all units is in good and working
condition. Furthermore, I am expecting that the assigned personnel in the computer room will
monitor all this units and report any problem that may occur and report the same to the
undersigned of this school.
