In accordance with OM-A 05-01 Ch. 4.5.1, Citilink Indonesia is authorized to conduct Centralized Flight Dispatch
(CFD) in Sumatera area. And also with the DKUPPU's CFD temporary approval for all Citilink's area (doc. no.
AU.010/18/23/DKPPU.2023), hereby we inform all FOO :
