1. Client / Project
1.1 Charter: ACPL OFFSHORE PTE LTD
1.2 Trading Area: BATAM – SINGAPORE - KARIMUN
1.3 Scope of Work: ANCHOR HANDLING, TOWING & ASSIST AWB ASEAN PROTECTOR
1.4 Work Duration: 34 DAYS

2. Pre-Mobilization
- All Statutory dan Annual Class Endorsed certificate should be completed before departure
- All Equipment for Towing and Anchor handling should be ready to use for supporting this
project
- Mandatory Training for Crews should be carried out and done before departure

3. On-Hire Arrangement
- On Hire once her arrive Western Anchorage AWW Singapore, around 28th November 2022

4. Departure Arrangement
- Departure time will be 23rd November 2022, departure once clearance formalities
received onboard
- Master will prepare Passage Plan and Stability Calculation prior departure and reviewed by
Ops Supt.
Contact Surabaya Port Control and Pilot for departure time and send it departure report to
all parties. vessel will be sailing with economical speed 7.5 kts
Informed and confirmed with DPS Yard for mooring man to release her mooring rope

5. Arrival Arrangement
- Confirmation by radio VHF Ch.16 for pilot boarding time 2hrs before arrival pilot station,
- Please send it arrival formalities/ EPANS to agent 2 days before arrival Singapore and please
informed crews to download app “My ICA” for quarantine officer once onboard and also

others document to agent for quarantine and immigration officers

VESSEL SHOULD BE ARRIVED 28th NOVEMBER 2022 MORNING TIME

7. Consumable / Materials
7.1 MGO arrangement : departure from DPS Surabaya fuel under PTVOM, once arrived in
Singapore and Onhire than will be Bunkering under Charterer
FW arrangement : once Onhire than FW will arrange by Charterer
7.2 Lubricants and Grease: Supplied and provided by owner.
7.3 Other Instructions: Fuel Consumption for trip batam to singapore 220LPH /included 1AE.
Others Fuel consumption once Onhire will send it by Technical on separate email
“Implementation for COVID Prevention procedure – authorized person only and get
confirmation/permission from Charterer/Client. Master to ensure this implementation
onboard all times

8. Lodging / Meal Service

8.1 Passengers: TBA – vessel should be ready if any passenger onboard
8.2 Provision arrangement : Supply provision as per arrangement by crewing dept and already
top up till end of Month December 2022

9. Health, Safety, Environmental, Security and Maintenance

9.1 Maintenance: Master / Chief Engineer must ensure that deck and engine maintenance to
be carried out.
9.2 Housekeeping: Housekeeping must be maintained at all times.
9.3 HSE Policy: All on-board must comply to Charterer’s company’s policy.
9.4 Drills & Training: Drills and training must be carried out as per the drill schedule.

9.5 Environmental Issue: All on-board must comply to Charterer’s company’s environmental
policy.
9.6 Security: Security must be maintained at all times.
9.7 Drug & Alcohol Policy: All on-board must comply to Charterer’s company D&A policy.
9.8 Master’s Authority: Master is empowered at all times with overriding authority to prevent
injury and accident.
9.9 Personal Protective Equipment: To be worn at all times when working on deck and
machinery spaces. Items include work vest, safety glasses, and harness and safety boots.

10. Preparation
10.1 Communication: Indonesia and English
10.2 Prepare for all ship document and crew document for any harbor master or immigration
clearance
10.3 During bunkering prepare for SOPEP equipment in the place
10.4 Keep maintain security watch during at voyage and anchorage area
10.5 Comply with COLREG and ROR regulations.
10.6 Display proper navigation lights and shapes during night time.
10.7 Maintain good watch keeping during the voyage
10.8 Monitoring for any up date weather forecast

11. Reporting
11.1 Daily Vessel DPR will be reporting at 00.01 hrs and If on towing operation 6 hrs towing
report to be up date as mentioned by email to:
