The focus of the workshop will be to empower teachers to
align their classrooms with the A to Z of skills and
understanding of holistic learning, and to familiarize them
with the changes at the foundational stage, as per the

About Sonia Relia

Sonia Relia has been working with activity-based learning


for early years' learners since 1 989. A TEDx speaker, author
and teacher-parent facilitator, she hopes to take change
into the heart of lndia for foundational activity-based
learning, keeping in mind the uniqueness, diversity and
local availability of resources. She has developed activity-
based programmes, KINOLEARN and KINOPHONTCS signiffing kinaesthetic
movement and learning with activities, and has designed a complete My
Learning Train Activity Kit for setting up activity centres in schools and at
home. Sonia uses KINOLEARN and KTNOPHONTCS with a blend of digitaland
hands-on resources to conduct activity-based trainings for Continuous
Professional Development (cPD) of teachers. she has facilitated more than 1
lakh teachers and parents while conducting over 500 webinars and
workshops on behalf of oUP. sonia's first standalone activity-based series,
My Learning Train, published by Oxford University Press, won the IDA award
for "Complete Solutions for Early Years" awarded by lndian Didactic
Association in 201 4 and 201 9.
