Mr. Hossen,

It has been brought to the Management’s notice that you were engaged in the duplication of the
signature of Mohammad Shafiqul Islam, Deputy Manager, Sales Accounts. This unauthorized act was
committed with the purpose of issuing a salary certificate for Hossain Md. Jubair, Senior Executive
(Sales) under the guise of representing IG Foods Limited. This deceptive action not only violates our
company's policies but also undermines the trust and credibility we place in our employees, thereby
compromising the integrity of our systems.

This incident will be officially documented and will certainly have an adverse impact on your Annual
Appraisal for the year 2024. This letter serves as a formal warning, and consider yourself clear that
any future incidents of a similar nature will initiate the standard disciplinary procedures, which may
ultimately result in dismissal from the company. Our commitment to maintaining high standards of
integrity and ethical conduct is non-negotiable, and any breach will be treated with the utmost
severity.
