Please note that, the above accommodation allowance r,vill be recommended by the Farm
Office Employees & Administraticn ln charge and on the final discretion of the Director
Admin in Head Office or Head of Finance & Accounts in the case of Director's absence or
the absolute decision of the Managing Director of the cornlany in a special case.
All the allottee of the company build accommodation need to pay electricity, generator and
gas bili as 0erthe separate meterfixeo in the quarter on the monthly basis.
Each allottee ofthe company qualter s rould have maximum of 2 light and 2 fan connected
by the company generator. No additior;al connection from generator should be allowed for
any reason' Any exception to be reportabie to head office and necessary administrative
action may be taken for any irregularities.
ln order to efficient and effective use of company provided motor cycle for the related
bustness purpose and also to i"rake the motor cycle in very good running condition,
management has revised the aiiccation of fuel and maintenance expenses which would be
effective f rom May 01, 2013 until f urther revision on this allocation.
The aliocation is based on the natr.lre oi functions by each position who works for respective
department or section. The allccation is also guided by certain terms and conditions as set
herewith.
