l-iereto be noted that, if for any reason, any quarter is vacant or not been allocated to any of
trre above priority order elther ln farm office or in feed mill campus, the allocation may be
irierchanged considering the above priority order subject to the recommendation of the Farm
Oirice in-ciai-ge and approved by the Dii'ector - Administration in Dhaka Head Office.

Please note that, the above accommodation allowance r,vill be recommended by the Farm
Office Employees & Administraticn ln charge and on the final discretion of the Director
Admin in Head Office or Head of Finance & Accounts in the case of Director's absence or
the absolute decision of the Managing Director of the cornlany in a special case.

Also note, that in case of avaiiabili.y or


increase of the company.build housing or
accommodation faciiities, the ma:ager,rent may disallow any of the above accommodation

D) Utility bill for the company proviced accommodation / housing

All the allottee of the company build accommodation need to pay electricity, generator and
gas bili as 0erthe separate meterfixeo in the quarter on the monthly basis.

Each allottee ofthe company qualter s rould have maximum of 2 light and 2 fan connected
by the company generator. No additior;al connection from generator should be allowed for
any reason' Any exception to be reportabie to head office and necessary administrative
action may be taken for any irregularities.

:) Fuel for Office f Personal Motor Cycle Use

ln order to efficient and effective use of company provided motor cycle for the related
bustness purpose and also to i"rake the motor cycle in very good running condition,
management has revised the aiiccation of fuel and maintenance expenses which would be
effective f rom May 01, 2013 until f urther revision on this allocation.

The aliocation is based on the natr.lre oi functions by each position who works for respective
department or section. The allccation is also guided by certain terms and conditions as set
herewith.
The allocation is enclosed in the Annexure - A.

Following is the maximum allocation per monih of fuel and maintenance cosi to be allowed to the staff who uses

company provided m0l0rcycle in the farms with effective from May 0'1 ,201-l untlll further revision.

Users 0f personal motor cycle for ofiicial busieness are also to be allOwed tne fuel and mainteance allowance subject to approved

by the Farn Office lncharges on the reccommendation of sectional incharge and following other records and terms of the company

in conjuction with ihis allowance, beiow pornis to be noted :

2) A fuel issuing register to be maintained for each users / ailotee with the approved limit as belov/

3) Both issuers from store afld users has to signed the issuing register al ihe time o{ fuel pump

4) Store has to send a monthly issue reporl to the Accounls dept. for accounting and verifying the allocation & issue

5) Fuel allocation can not be cashed for any way.

subject: Housing Rent Allowance Approval proposal for North region.

We Agriculture Seed division is going to extend of hybrid rice seed Production


Program through Contact Growers from Muktagacfra ioifrgirra (Nor.th r"eion).
There is no office or other facilities there like Farm Office including controlling other
Farms. Production staff, those are working under Farm office, Muktagacha and
Ghorasal is enjoying housing rent allowance facility accordingly company's policy.
But this policy is not approved f91 North region. Relevant production staffs are
dissatisfied to go there and working as such adverse situation without enjoying
housing rent allowance facility.

Perusal for kind approval so that employee can get housing rent allowance facility
accord ingly compa ny policy of that areas.
