RE: Demand Letter for Child Support (R.A. 9262, under Economic Abuse)

Mr. De Guzman:

I am writing to you with regard to your obligation to our children, namely: Mark Christian
A. De Guzman and Kean A. De Guzman. Copies of their Certificates of Live Birth are
hereto attached for your reference.

As such, I am asking you to extend the financial support of Fifteen Thousand Pesos
(Php15,000.00) every month in favor of our children. The aforesaid financial support
shall be used for the everyday necessities of our children and as their father; I implore
you to maintain this obligation until they come of legal age.

I will be giving you Five (5) days from the receipt of this demand to comply with the
aforesaid obligation. Failure to do so shall constrain me to take appropriate legal actions
by filing criminal and/or civil case under R.A. 9262 (Violence Against Women and their
Children Act) against you to protect our rights and interests.

Please give this matter your preferential attention to avoid the cost of litigation.
