DEMAND LETTER FOR CHILD SUPPORT

Sir;
I am writing this letter in behalf of Ms. Giniper Anistone alleging that you have
inadequately financial support your child Washington for nine (9) months. Thus depriving the right
of the child from his basic needs including health, education and other incidental expenses under
R A 7610.
In this regard, she is demanding an increase of financial support to be agreed upon this
office on March 20, 2022.
Failure to comply the same will cause her being aggrieved and may seek judicial remedies
for ECONOMIC ABUSE being violation of R.A. 9262 which is necessary to protect her interest.
