RELEASE, WAIVER, AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, JANE KIRSTY L. JAZMIN, of legal age, and with address at Vivaldi residences, Cubao,
Quezon City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law. Do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am currently employed by e-pon Digital Inc. (the “Company”) as a Paralegal, since 22 October
2022;

2. Despite my diagnosis of stable angina vs. non-ulcerative dyspepsia last 30 January 2023
(attached hereto as Annex “A”), I was issued with a certification by __________________ dated
___________________ that I am fit to continue with my employment with the Company (attached
hereto as Annex “B”);

3. I acknowledge and fully understand the nature and line of my work as a Paralegal and assume
any and all risks in my continuous employment with the Company;

4. I hereby release and forever discharge the Company, its officers, representatives and/or agents,
related interests and affiliates from any action, sum of money, damages, claims and demands
whatsoever, which in law or in equity I ever had, now have, or which I, my heirs, successors and
assigns hereafter may have upon or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, up to
the time of these presents, the intention hereof being to completely and absolutely release the
Company, its officers, representatives and/or agents, related interests and affiliates, from any and
all liabilities arising out of or in connection with my continued employment with the Company
despite my aforementioned health condition;

5. I further warrant and covenant that I will institute no action against the Company, its officers,
representatives and/or agents, related interests and affiliates;

6. I finally declare that I have read this entire document, the contents of which have been
explained to me and which I acknowledge to understand; and the entire release, waiver, and
quitclaim hereby given are made by me willingly, voluntarily and with full knowledge of my rights
under the law.
