Insurance Corporation and e-pon Digital Inc.
Please see our comments/revisions below and on the draft Agreement, which are all

OVERALL, trusting compliance with the usual requirements for contracts appropriate
laws, rules, and regulations, and subject to incorporation of our comments and
revisions, we find the draft Agreement in order and at par with industry practice.
