Prior to commencing Service, CONTRACTOR shall furnish insurance policy for certificate of Insurance issued by First Class Insurance Companies to COMPANY evidencing the insurance required herein and upon request, COMPANY may examine true copies of the actual policies. Each certificate shall provide those thirty (30) days prior written notice shall be given to COMPANY in the event of cancellation or material changes of insurance coverages or endorsement.
