improve relationships.
Nurturing mental health doesn’t just improve our daily functioning, but it can also
help us control — or at least combat — some of the physical health problems
directly linked to mental health conditions. For example, heart disease and stress
are related, so managing stress might have a positive outcome on heart disease and
promote a healthy lifestyle.

2/Important of mental-health:
An emotionally fit and stable person always feels vibrant and truly alive and can
easily manage emotionally difficult situations. To be emotionally strong, one has
to be physically fit too. Although mental health is a personal issue, what affects
one person may or may not affect another; yet, several key elements lead to mental
health issues.It contributes to one’s inner ability to be self-determined.

In conclusion: Mental should always be your main priority because it’s very
important.You should always take good care of your mental because there are a lot
of social issue this day. So if you let all the issue affect your mental health it
can be very bad.
