End of Week Reflection

This week, I learnt more information about the history and development of Thorpe Park's branding and how the
map has changed over the years. This will be vital for me to know when I begin the ideation stage of the project
so that my work fits well within the scope of Thorpe's Brand Refresh. This week, I created a personal branding
brand board for Cerys during the Branding Workshop. I collaboratively made this piece in canva with other
members of my group, utlising a template to save time. I enjoyed creating this as I foudn it engaging to work with
others in real time, and I also found it interesting to look into the history of Thorpe Park. This week I found it
challenging to find all of the maps for the map developments, which I counteracted by missing out a few years
where development changes were not significant.
To improve my work next week, I think I should focus on tasks more without multitasking between tasks to increase
productivity as I found out during the organisational skillls task. I have questioned about the accessibility at Thorpe
Park this week, as they claim to prioritise accessibility for thir newest project. This lead me to think about other
ways inwhich the theme park could become mroe accessible and inclusive for every guest. I thought it might be a
good idea to spend some time researching into how to make maps and apps for accesible, so I will look inot that
next week. Next week, I am looking forward to doing some more hands-on research and possibly starting the
ideation phase. I would describe this week as useful and informative, but also a little slow.
