Introduction

The purpose of this study is to reflect on my learning experiences with the module and
to analyze the working experience as a team member in group project. This reflection
part aims to evaluate my learning experiences and team working using Graham Gibbs
(1988) model of self-reflection.

Description
Reflecting on previous events assists in the acquisition of key abilities such as
discovering one’s strengths and weaknesses, also it helps in building healthy
relationships with other members, and generating new strategies. During the study
module I was assigned with a group task in which the practical applicability of different
entrepreneurship theories from the study module was to be discussed. I thoroughly read
all the requirements of the assessment and gathered all the relevant data. The problem
that I encountered was the selection of appropriate model, for this scenario I consulted
with my fellows and my professor after talking to them and doing relevant research I
finally selected Ansoff matrix.

Feelings
When I initially started this assessment, there were a lot of feelings rushing in my mind.
I was initially intrigued by the assessment, but when I came across the key concepts
that would be used I became nervous because it was difficult for me to understand as it
was my first experience entrepreneurship module. Besides the lack of knowledge
another perspective which was difficult for me was the interaction with my group
members because of having different thinking perceptions. According to Doukanari,
Ktoridou, and Epaminonda (2020) a successful group works together to achieve a
certain time frame, with each member adding their expertise, knowledge, and passion to
the team. In order to complete a task in a collaborative project, one will go through
several phases.

Evaluation
I have had both good and bad experiences throughout the task from the beginning to
the end. Positive experiences include meaningful engagement with the module
professor whenever I was in need of their assistance regarding the assessment. As,
discussed earlier it was my new experience with the entrepreneurship module so it
become difficult for me to gather and analyze the relevant data and to cope with modern
concepts of entrepreneurship but then with the assistance of my group members I
started developing interest in this regard. According to Simamora, Widodo, and Sanjaya
(2020) the capacity to evaluate data and communicate specific conclusions based on
the data is one of the essential abilities that students need.
Analysis
Self-reflection assists in understanding the strengths and weaknesses that impedes the
performance of an individual. After collecting all the relevant information I started to
write the assignment with my group members and after putting some efforts me and my
team members started gaining interest in this module. This assessment assist in
exploring the entrepreneurial capabilities that will help us in future as well.

Action Plan
After successful evaluation of entrepreneurship assessment I came to know that I lack
in research based skills as well as building relationships with other. In order to improve
my research based skills I will take assistance from my fellow, professors and from
internet. For building relationships with other beings I will try to participate in social
working which will not only assist me in current perspective but also in future projects as
well.
