POSITION TITLE: Account Executive

MAIN DUTIES:

 All company and department policy are adhered to at all times.


 A high quality, standard and professionalism is maintained and quality service is provided to all PCS
customer at all times.
 All sites operate profitably and all budgeted targets are achieved & maintained.
 Daily attendance and any development to be reported to department everyday.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: ACCOUNTS MANAGER

LIASES WITH: Finance & Support, QA & HR Function, Sales & Pest Management Division.

HOURS OF WORK:

0900- 1700 Saturday – Thursday


Additional work as required due to work load or business commitments.
Will require position incumbent to meet clients during evening hours, weekends etc.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 Ensure proper functioning ( Operation, Finance, Sales) of Chittagong Branch.


 Ensure all Company & Department policies are operated by all Department personnel at all times.
 Ensure each site is professionally operated and working according to the contract agreement.
 Ensure each new contract is organized and started in line with the new contract start up process.
 Operates according to quality plan to ensure a high quality of work is achieved and maintained at all
sites.
 Customer are visited regularly of the customer’s comments are followed up.
 To ensure all customer complaint are taken care of immediately and later followed up.
 Informs the Accounts Manager of the potential problem and potential cancellation.
 Assist Accounts Manager to control the overall expenditure of the department, ensuring each budget
target is achieved by closely monitoring site expenditure.
 Identifies training requirements at site level as necessary.
 Monitor the payment of bills and inform department on customer payment problems.
 Sources & develops new service and method of work & systems of work so as to provide a competitive &
effective service at all time.
 Annually sets objectives for self maintain a checklist and schedule of site visit.
 Ensure all checklists and job responsibility of every individual at every site is properly maintained.

POSITION TITLE: Executive Back-Office

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the Back office and payroll function related to support services of the company. This includes Correspondence,
Data & Contract, Human Resource and Payroll.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: DIRECTOR/GENERAL MANAGER

LIASES WITH:
Manager Operations, Manager Finance, Personnel of Sales & Marketing Division, Executive (Training & QA), and
Technical sales officer (Pest Management Division).

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Correspondence:
 Ensure maintenance of correspondence files.
 Consolidate management report (KPI) data and other documents as required.
 Ensures proper distribution of all internal memos procedures, polices etc.
 Receives and monitors Customer inquiries/complaints, directs them to staff concerned, follow up.
 Any other assignment from the management.
Data & Contract:
 Ensures all customer inquiries are recorded and followed up.
 Ensures master contract/job files are maintained per company policy.
 Ensures confirmation order and internal start up documents are routed internally.
 Assigns contract reference number.
 Prepare renewal documents for all contracts.
 Ensures updating of master data file for all relevant customer data to support billing, payroll, sales and other areas of
the company.
 Maintains master file for all lease agreements, rental agreements, entered into by the company.
 Maintain all employee and business files as required by the prevailing law.
Human Resource:
 To ensure new employees are documented, issued proper identification, assigned payroll status, work assignment.
 Maintains confidential personnel file for each employee.
 Conduct employee assessment and carry out Motivation scheme.
 Record and ensures leave Management policies.
Payroll:
 Check and confirm weekly attendance record.
 Prepare month end payroll statement.
 Organize month end wage review meeting.
