Strengths:

1. Powerful branding and good image.


2. Diverse products (search engines, signaling, cloud computing, hardware
subdivisions).
3. The main advantage of online advertising.
4. Robustifiable infrastructure and high technology.
5. Talented and innovative workforce.
Weaknesses:

1. Reliance on advertising by programming, which can be affected by changes in


regulations or student attention to ads.
2. Adoption issues, privacy concerns and intentional or unintentional breaches of
security as well as molding to the regulatory controls imposed by the government.
3. Focusing on a few areas that are doing quite well in terms of social networks and apps
which competitors lead the record.
4. Now-a-days focusing just on this one source of income (advertising).

Opportunities:

 Scale into untapped market ( the emerging markets).


 The rise in cloud based services and enterprise service management.
 Revenue streams diverse than advertising (for example including hardware,
subscription-based services).

changes.

planning.

 In Japan, position, age, and hierarchical structures are values that are deemed
important in order to maintain authority.
 Conforming to the central beliefs of group and making decisions by consensus is key.
 With a group of like-minded people, an individual will discover that winning and
competition are valued, but they are also a part of this diversity.
