First of all, in my point of view, I think your hair salon is the best way I
had ever chosen, furthermore it is nears my house, so I don’t have to spend
plenty of time to move. Some people will think it is insignificant, but for
someone like me who don’t have lots of time, this is something to pay attention
to.
Sencondly, we will focus on the service. I am satisfy with the staff’s
assistance and their behavious. The first time I made an appointment and
decided to do some strange thing with my hair, I received a lot of suggestion
and they let’s me know when I could come. At the time of my coming, the
personnel treated me well, they offered me seat and to confirmed my
appointment, they inquired about my name and phone number. Therefore, a hair
stylist gave me recommendations on the most flattering hairstyles for my face
shape and hair type, which helped me overcome my previous indecision helped

However, I think here is a suggestion that could make the experience
even better: You can provide a cup or a bottle of water for your guess when they
waiting for their turn and during their haircut. By doing this, you can put
passenger at ease and build great rapport with them.
In short, I really appreciate the way your salon interacts with customers, I
